groin (testicle) strangulation?

I was reading choking technique and revival technique information on the net and found a jujitsu site which states that there are many kinds of strangulation,including "testicle strangulation".
Sounds rough Funny thing is when choking/strangulation is mentioned there are basically windpipe,carotid artery and lung compression techniques (possibly nerve chokes too,but I don´t know) this kind of method is not mentioned.
Any feedback appreciated.

that sounds like a pretty f.. u.. way to fight.
Unless you have another way of restraining the opponent I couldn't see how that would be practical. Even though hurting the testicles would hurt the opponent he'd still have various ways to fight back.
btw would you really want to be known as the guy who won by squeezing some ones balls?
