I have a dilema, can anyone help that has kids and a family?

okay so I just bought a fitness center, so in the day I work, but at night there is an activity every night of the week it seems, weather its the kids or mine. I attend Karate two nights a week, and kids do other nights for their activitys. we have no family time, no time to clean, no time for anything. if I gave up my karate, that would give me two nights a week at home, that nothing would be going on. should I give up my beloved Karate to be a better mom, my kids need me that way, or do I give to myself and keep my karate? I don't know what to do, cause giving it up is heartbreaking, but keeping it makes me feel so selfish, guilty, and just over spent cause there is too much going on, and I am desprate at the same time to just have some home time. Help!!!

I would personally give up the karate for a while, being a full time mom is more important. I wouldn't give up the time I have at home after work with my kids. I only get to see them for 2 hours before their bed time. But that time is very precious to me as they need there mommy.
