how can i get better in mma?

i take karate and judo/jujitsu classes
i take an mma or grappling class
im a orange belt in karate and a white belt in judo
i have books on training muy tai BJJ boxing and that book from bj penn and that one by randy couture plus i bought the pit workout from the trainer of chuck liddell
plus i workout on a heavy bag lift weights and run
any suggestions?
ps i need help on my diet cause im a picky eater and i dont know what to eat?

for a start and im just thinking traditional karate here so i dont mean to offend but hours in horse stance reverse punching wont help your mma maybe ditch it and just go to the mma class if thats what your really after "getting better at mma"i dont do ice hockey to get better at baseball the judo will always help so keep that up but maybe train without a gi as much as poss also start thinking less is more be picky in what you do if you wanna be ufc champ one day you have to act/train like it now get a good partner and maybe spend a lot of time away from class drilling conditioning and sparring what you if something wont help you in your goal get rid of it here is a great weights routine ist simple and quick do it 2- 3 times a week work more on cardio and sparring than weights tho dont look like arnie if you gas after round 1
