How much weigh will I lose with this exercise plan?
I'm trig to get down to 122 lbs by august( im 135, 5'5 and a 14 year old girl). I laid out a workout plan for me but I don't know how good it is:
Sunday: rest or 20 minute walk
Monday: dancing for 30 minutes( not a class but just for fun), and 30 minute bike ride
Tuesday: Kenpo for an hour( it's a P90X workout DVD) and a 20 minute walk
Wednesday: swim laps for 30-45 minutes and run a mile
Thursday: swim laps for 30-45 minutes and 30 minute bike ride
Friday: run a mile and dance for about a half hour
Saturday: swim laps 30-45 minutes, 20 minute walk and a 30 minute bike ride
Does that sound like a good workout plan? And I'd be eating healthy foods and have about 1300-1400 calories a day. Will that help me lose weight? Should I lose more that 13 lbs? That's my first goal.. Should I aim for 120? Any tips on losing weight would help a lot(:
Btw I'm a vegetarian
This sounds like a solid workout plan. Also consider that each pound consists of 3,500 calories. I would suggest keeping a daily count, calorie-wise, over everything you eat; drink lots of cool or cold water (this helps burning off calories), and use the following website to stay on the right path:

All of the above is what I do and have lost 12 lbs since December. Good luck and keep up the hard work.
