Krav Maga and Kapap. what are their differences and which one is better?
also, which ones are accessible. there are krav maga classes for civilians but are their Kapap classes for civilians? any and all information about each one would be nice. if you have taken any either of the classes, please answer.
Commando Krav Maga is not out for the public. Regualr KM is and Kapap is too. KM & KP are almost the same but KM has become static where as KP continues to evolve. Techniques differences are that KP brings in BJJ where as KM doesn't, they both share the same punches and kicks though. Taken from London Prize Fighting rules of western Boxing, Savate and Muay Thai kicks. In KM it does matter about the size of the practitioner and the force put into the techniques where as KP is designed for anyone regardless of height or weight.
