What exercises can I do in my home gym to improve my basketball dribbling, handles, speed, footwork?

I'm a 15 year old sophomore in high school. I live in Toronto, Canada and the cold snowy winter conditions do not permit me to play and practice basketball outside, preventing me from sharpening my skills, fitness, and overall game. I have a home gym in my basement and have access to a treadmill, ellipticall, free weights, a weight bench, a jump rope, a martial arts dvd, a wii fit, an ab machine, and sports equipment consisting of basketballs, tennis rackets and tennis balls, a volleyball, a soccer ball, and an american football. I'm looking for a basketball specific training program for the winter, and exercises to perform indoors. What alternate and specific exercises can I do in my home gym to improve my basketball dribbling, handles, speed, footwork, agility, flexibility, strength, and overall basketball fitness, etc?

you should run.
