Any good martial arts instructional dvds?
Are there any good home study martial arts/self defense DVDs that actually TEACH you moves and techniques, instead of giving you random scenarios and what to do without an explanation of how to do them?
Internet or any instructional source is not a good reference if we base things on techniques accuracy, efficiency, correctness and effectiveness.
This is about proper information individually wherein; you need a qualified Instructor that can teach things skillfully, a presence of certain can develop every practitioner accordingly, asides from immediate correction, quick answers on some question and thorough information automatically.
