P90X....help please????
I am doing the classic routine of P90X:
Day 1 – Chest and Back, plus Ab Ripper X
Day 2 – Plyometrics
Day 3 – Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4 – Yoga X
Day 5 – Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6 – Kenpo X
Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch
My question is about day 1. I have lost the Chest and Back DVD so could i replace it with something like Chest, Shoulders and Triceps? Or is there something else i could replace it with?
I dunno but you may want to go buy some Depends because P90X has been known to cause anal leakage.
