Which style of Kung Fu is best and easy but still easy to learn?
Be specific not just shaolin Kung Fu
Ex. White crane bagua tiger
NO style of traditionally Chinese Kung Fu is easy to learn mainly because your body has to 'grow' into the style. This takes a lot of discipline and time with many hours of stretching and flexibility exercises as well as strengthening exercises to acquire the agility all Kung Fu styles require. Even the 'harder' styles of Kung Fu still require a lot of flexibility. The body tends to produce either strong muscles or long flexible muscles that are not so strong. The combination required in good Kung Fu that makes it flow is both strength and flexibility. This is just the physical part of Kung Fu. There is also an internal part to all Kung Fu (not just Tai Chi) which is often left out altogether and rarely mentioned let alone understood but is essential to make the techniques actually work and not just look pretty as in modern wushu. It is not as profound as it is in Tai Chi but it is still there nevertheless.
Kung Fu when translated literally means 'hard work'. There is a reason for this.
If you are talking about the westernized versions of Kung Fu then I would not know. They don't look much like Kung Fu to me to begin with. Any Kung Fu that is easy would probably fall under that category.
