what's the name of this film?

theres a film i love it's so funny and i think it's called 'the chosen one' or something like that and it's about this man who's chosen to be a martial arts fighter and on the cover of the movie it shows a picture of him with two beavers on a chain (meant to be make-shift nun chucks) but it came out years ago back in 2002 or 2001 i think but i can't remember what the name of it was i can only remember that somewhere in the film the main man was named 'the chosen one' but i don't know if that was the name of the film itself and halfway through he has to meet up with this wierd blue woman with 3 breasts and theres an old man who is his master its really funny but i can never remember the name of it :/ 10 points best answer

Kung Pow:Enter the Fist was the name of it I believe it came out in 2002.
