Chinese dragon tattooed on body and the phoenix?unlucky?

Hello if preferably can i get this point of view from a chinese person because im considering to get myself a dragon along with the phoenix tattooed at the back of my neck in a circular shape.but then ive read that having the dragon itself tattooed on you is considered to be unlucky whereas The Chinese symbol for dragon on the other hand is considered lucky.is it true please?

The Dragon symbolizes eternal/immortal while as the phoenix, which is not really of the asian culture, symbolizes rebirth. I believe it would be alright to get them together. I myself only have a dragon, it may explain my current string of bad luck but who knows?....
