friend almost died of heat exhaustion?
my school has an EXTREMELY strict dress code. We must wear this...
-white under shirt
-suspenders(you can't see them though)
-a white long sleeved collared shirt
-white pants(kind of a sweatpant material)
-white shoes (they have a blow up bubble for arch support)
-white socks (black heel&toe) that must go up 20 cm from the base of your leg
-white boxer briefs
-and if it's below 55degrees we have to put on a special jacket
my friends and i were outside during our 50 minute break period and it was hot today...and my friend, Brody, fell to the ground and 'almost died' from heat exhaustion.
im scared because this could happen to someone else...or me...tomorrow during break...its not may 1st so we must wear the uniform or we'll get a Saturday detention for 2 weeks.
any suggestions to keep cool during 90 degree heat in heavy clothes (yes, you must go outside during break)
